Ouida G. Cash (1948-2008) beloved founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Starfish Family Services.

Cash was known and respected for her ability to turn visionary ideas into innovative programs that improve and strengthen the lives of children and families. Today, thousands of children and their family members are helped annually through Starfish programs.
